What OS should I run on workstations connected to MS Small Business Server 2003?

It's my first time setting up a small business network (1 Dell PowerEdge 2900 server + about 7-8 workstations). All the workstations run Win XP Home. What OS is best to use for these workstations now that I am intending to connect them to the server?

1. WinXP Pro would be better. It offers more security and better manageability in a networked environment. If the server is just a file and printer server, you can still get away with using XP Home, but its not the best solution.
