How do I move to a different server in World of Warcraft?

Hi. I downloaded the trial account of WOW from the main site, and accidentally logged onto one of the Oceanic servers. Becuase I downloaded the American version instead of the European version, there wasn't an option to move onto a British server. Is there a way of getting onto a British server without losing my character? I don't yet have a full account, but am considering upgrading.

The classification of a realm as "Oceanic" only refers to the realm’s local time settings. This classification will not affect your ability to transfer characters to or from that realm, although the realms may be restricted for other reasons (as mentioned above).
3. Just thought I'd add it costs around eight pounds to transfer so if you have only got a trial version you cant be that high with your level so I'd recommend that you start again with a new character unless you want to pay that is.
