Question about dedicated server hosting for online games?

Could I just use regular hosting that's designed for websites(eg-http://www.hosting24.com/)? I want to host a server for Mount&Blade:Warband.

1. I don't think you can do that with regular shared hosting. You will need a dedicated server to host online games. Try http://bestdedicatedserver.org for a good list of dedicated hosting. Good luck.
