Can a Dedicated Server with 2G ram handle 100k unique traffic a day?

i am currently using a godaddy dedicated server with 2G ram and 1000G bandwidth, im not worried about bandwidth as i can always buy more. but i have to upgrade the whole server if i were to add to 4G ram. im currently getting 25k traffic a day and work just fine for now. I am wondering if 2G ram can handle 100k traffic a day. Does anyone know?

1. It mainly depends on what you are hosting. If you are just hosting a simple website that's getting 100k hits you should be fine. If you are hosting many sites, sites with multimedia (videos, tons of pictures, etc), or database intensive sites I would go ahead and upgrade to 4GB. Take a look at your current memory usage during your highest traffic period and multiply that out to see where it would be at 100k... that should give you a nice figure, but I would recommend going ahead and upgrading just to be safe. If you go from having 25k to 100k I'll bet your content will also grow therefore you would definitely need more ram.
