Your Server

Is this good server optimizing?

I use my extra computer I have as a server I have 256MB (I am gonna have 512MB for my birthday) I have 1.2GB Processor I have 3 hard drives, and 1 DVD Recorder drive My 2 hard drives are not new and the other 1 is 200GB Maxtor 4??? RPM Hard Drive. I use one as a dedicated Vertural Memory drive. I use the other one for my windows server system. I use the last one for my websites, PHP, and MySQL. I use PHP 5.1.2 and MySQL 5. I also use IIS 5 web server.
