TF2 - PLZ HELP ME!!!!?

A new TF2 update has been released and these are the updates -Fixed a missing localization string -Fixed an issue where Linux dedicated servers would not automatically retrieve master server addresses So that's so small so why is it 2,098.0MB!!!!! That's 2GB!!!! I think that i might of accidentally deleted something!!! Did I Or was the update actually 2gigs? I have rly bad internet speed right now so i cant dl anything.. so i cant check if it is 2gigs or 2Mab's because it just wont dl.. Please just tell meh Is it the engineer update? I really don't want to waste 2gigs next month when my net is good again but if it is the engineer update it will be worth it. I am also having some problems with SDK. Yesterday it was working fine but now it is saying something about the gameinfo.txt missing. Thanks in advanced for any help So my main question is it really 2 gigs.
