How to choose a server for business use?

Help : Please help to find a server that is needed for an e-business start-up. We need a stable server with good securtiy features and nominal pricing. What would be the suggested spec?

1. you didn't tell whether you want desktop server or laptop server and didn't quote your price if you tell price means i will suggest you tell the price in terms of dollar for example "i need a server laptop in the price range of 999$ with weight lesser than 4kg" like that you can say means we can easily identify it ok.
