How can I make Windows Server 2003 auto-start after a power failure? Is there a different software needed?

When there's a power failure, my windows server is unable to reboot. It is currently connected to a UPS.

1. Hi. There should be a setting in BIOS that tells the machine how to respond to a power failure. Some UPS units also have a setting.
