simple call of duty 4 question?

we are playing in private servers organized by a certain company(dedicated servers). but there is a lot of cheaters(using aim bot wall hacks). we used the punk buster. the number of cheaters is reduced. but there still a lot of cheaters, what is the solution? there is got to be a solution(because the official servers is secure right?) note: COD4 ver 1.0
