Your Server

Cannot allocate any server IP port?

Whenever I try to join my own server on Garry's Mod, the game crashes and says something like cannot allocate any server IP port. I looked all over the internet and could not find a solution that worked for me. My computer has an Intel core 2 quad processor with an ATI Radeon HD 4350 graphics card with 512MB dedicated graphics. I'm running Windows Vista x64. It has 8GB RAM and a 750 GB hard drive. Oh yeah, when I searched the internet, I found some solutions that might work, but I couldn't understand them, so use simple terms please.
