1. Do you get to set the specifications when you purchase a managed solution? I guess with the right provider you could. I've used LanLogic in the past, and they were very professional, easy to work with and solid on support. You'll need to select our country in case it's not the US, and proceed from there. Prices will vary, but it's recommended to use someone with Partner status if you're going for a server of that capacity...
