Your Server

Where can I find information on setting up a Windows Event Log Server?

Is this even possible? I would like all events to go to a server dedicated to just gathering and storing the log events. I am having some issues finding any books or links on this for Windows. Any suggestions of where to start looking would be great! Yeah I have tried Google, etc, but nothing specific to setting up a dedicated log server for Windows. (Which is why I am asking for a specific source here)
