web hosting in Japan? (dedicated or resale plans)?

I am looking for a web host service in Japan. I need more than a small account, so if someone know resale accounts, big business account or maybe dedicated servers, please share. Does anyone have experience? Remarks: No, I dont want 1&1 or GoDaddy or whatever. I want service that has FAST connection to Japan, i.e. either Japanese service or something close. American, European etc. services are slow from Japan.
