Ventrilo Server for Windows Vista x64?

I'm looking for a 64bit compatible Ventrilo Server that I can host dedicated on my computer running Windows Vista Home Premium 64bit but on the www.ventrilo.com website, there is only a 32bit version. Is there a 64bit version of the dedicated server or even will the standard 32bit one on the site work for 64bit as well? Running Service Pack 2 if that helps at all. Also will have to portforward for Netcomm NB6Plus4W Router.
