Does Windows Small Business Server 2008 have built in FTP access?

I know we can access our email remotely. I would like to use the FTP for employees and clients to upload large files that sometimes can't be emailed.

1. You can store and share files through your Small Business website. If you have a lot of large files you may have to buy additional space. You start out with up to 500 MB of space free.
