Echo server resource information?

Hi, I own a new file upload site on a dedicated server (www.qsave.info) and I was wondering what sort of scripting I need to display my network load or cpu usage of my server at the footer of my homepage. www.filebeam.com have a network load percentage at the bottom of their page but I'm not quite sure what that is measuring. If someone could tell me or give me the code of how to display my server CPU usage at the bottom of my page that would be great! P.S. I'm running a dedicated linux server with WHM and Cpanel. Thanks!
