How do I host a game server without Port Forwarding?

My step-dad won't let me Port Forward so it's impossible for me to host my own game servers. I have no access to my router and have tried the defaults for the login. I don't want to use programs such as Hamachi either. What can I do?

1. then you can not make game server because games run's on particular port(data travel through that port) so if you don't have open port then you will not be able to pass data and hence will not be able to make your computer server.
