Your Server

will hosting a game server on a non static ip be ok?

I have version fios and i want to host a skultag server (skulltag http://skulltag.com/ ) but my dad one time sayed that version does not want us hosting servers will it be ok if a host one? skulltag seems to be really light last time i checked it uses netmode 1.

1. It depends, if you host one game at a time. then no its not a problem. If you are going to run a perm server, then yes it will be a problem as the address will always need to resolve to the same IP address. and as yours will change it will be a problem.
