HELP I NEED A SMTP SERVER!!!!!?!?!?!?

I am in desperate need of a free smtp server that doesn't cap emails per day, rather cap them by hour or so. I've got a huge list to email and the email server on my host doesn't allow smtp relay which is what my software actually needs to work. I know google does 400-500 or so a day and thats it, my list is huge bigger than that and i cant do anything with it, cuz the list is constantly refreshing and its hard to stay on top of the workload!
