Where can i buy a nicely priced dedicated server?

I am just wondering if anyone knows where i can buy a dedicated server that is nicely priced and the subscription lasts a long time, Linux or Windows, preferably 3-6Gb ram and unlimited bandwidth with a upstream speed of 2-4Mbps, not really needing a lot of space either 20GB should do nicely, even if you you can find a good priced virtual server would be great too

1. Question makes no sense. You can't buy internet servers, ram is relatively unimportant, disk space is the criterion upstream speed of 2-4Mps would need a dedicated commercial line. All very expensive.
2. www.Linode.com - Virtual Dedicated Servers, and when the other virtual machines on your host are idle (pretty much always are from my experience) you get to use the full resources of the machine. They start at $20/month, and their hardware is redundant, meaning, no downtime due to hardware failure, as your machine is virtual and is cloned in realtime.
