How can I start a Halo PC clan with a dedicated server for free?

1. If you want to host it your self, you need to buy bandwidth from the cable company or phone company, and that's not cheap, and you'd be setting yourself up for viruses out the wazoo unless you knew what you're doing about security. Otherwise, you might be able to strike a deal with a web host for the hugest bandwidth package they have, but that's not cheap either. I'd say it's not going to happen, but it's a good idea.
