How good is the roleplaying server in runescape?

I'm looking to get back into runescape after a couple of years and I want to make it more of a roleplaying experience. Are those who go on the roleplaying server decent roleplayers? Are there more regular players than roleplayers on the roleplaying server? Is it likely that I'll be able to find or start a roleplaying guild given enough time on this server?

1. You might find one, but I haven't seen much rp on rs. It would most likely be hidden in a guild or something like that...you can check on the rs forums.
2. Nowadays, there is something called POC (Player-Owned City) Clans. They act as if they were in medieval times, present, or future times. They often run shops and businesses, or fighting other POC clans for territory. Each POC starts off with a little land that isn't taken yet. As they grow, they acquire more land and members. You can find many on the RuneScape Forums. There are also RP'ing clans that tell stories and stuff. I'm not positive off what exactly they do, but i know they're out there.
3. well my bro will tell he been playing for 5 years he will be on runescape tomow anytime tomwo so go on tomow and he will tell you he is redsoxman2. i play runescape to add me and him i am redsoxman195 and i am also redsoxman201 i been play for a year.
4. well, i don't play on the role-playing server but my friend does and he said to me that it is really good.
