How do I mask a game server IP with a URL?

I have a dynamic IP. Hosting a game server with a dynamic IP is annoying due to the fact that no one can truly favorite my server via steam and have it stay on their list due to it changing. I want to know how to mask my IP with a URL that can also be updated with my new IP every so often. This way, my server can be added to peoples favorites via URL that stays updated with my current IP. Thus circumventing the need for a static IP. Game server is a Team Fortress 2 server. Yes I have more than necessary speed to host it, I'm on a fiber optic line. By way of an online service preferably. A free one.

1. I'd suggest a stationary IP if you want to host servers, much simpler, but no-ip.org is a web service that does what you're looking for, and it's free.
