is there is a way to increase my Server Profermance?

i have a 512 KB DSL , and i am hosting gaming servers but it lags when 10 or more people comes in the server i want my server to handle at least 50 or 30 is there is a program that makes it not lag with 30 or even 20 players?

1. You don't state what the specification of the computer running the gaming server is, so it is impossible to comment on whether the hardware is a factor or not. However, your 512k DSL is actually 512k downstream / 128k upstream and that bandwidth is contended (shared) with possibly up to 30 other customers of your ISP. The likely cause of the lags is lack of DSL bandwidth.
