What does this error message mean?

I recently started Windows Live mail but it gives me this error message whenever i attempt to sell anything, what does it mean and how do I fix it? (Internet is fine btw) The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'Wanna Play?' Server: 'smtp.comcast.net' Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0E Protocol: SMTP Port: 25 Secure(SSL): No Socket Error: 10060
