What makes a Windows2008 server better above a Windows2000 server?

Im doing research for my internship to prove Win2008 servers are better then Win2K servers. I know they have lots and lots of more options, but I cant tell which exactly. Can anyone help me out? I could use Win2008 Server Specs and Win2K Server Specs. Thanks in advance!

1. but w2k8 is a windows 2k based server. The specs are listed on the help pages for them both. You do know that there has been some updates and that the last server side microsoft distro is server 2003? Good luck!
2. The main advantage of Win2008 is its new directory service ADS (Active Directory Service). And the Terminal serive in Win2008 is totally free and more reliable compared to Win2000. In Win2000 it was a pay service.
