Your Server

I run a game server, if I knowingly let children play on it that are under age for the game being hosted.....?

Am I breaking the Law? Sorry guys but I don't want assumptions. I want actual legal knowledge. Also I have a no swearing policy on the server cause kids play on it. even though they shouldn't. So I am acknolwedging that I let kids play on the server.

3. I highly doubt it, if they lie about there age, how are you to know that they are under aged. Runescape and even WoW do it. You shouldn't worry about it

5. well u don't know what aged people playing the game. so it should be no problems. look at fackbook. it's for over 18 and children under aged still use facebook. i use to play warrock when i was just 14. but the games it 16+ and i had subscription too.
6. no way look at second life (a game with pornographic material and paedophiles) they have 5 yr old playing it despite it warns you about adult content before you sign up and download it
