What is the best Dedicated Server Hosting company (for a video game)?

I wanted to buy a Garry's Mod dedicated server. I'm looking into 'Art of War (http://artofwarcentral.com/)' but I find that for 1 month, it's 20 bucks, plus and added 4 buck's a slot. I think that's a little much, but if that's the average price now-a-day's, then so be it. Thanks for your help!
