how do i set up my windows mail with gmail?

i have windows mail, and i want to set up google mail (gmail) with this. it ask me for my incoming server (POP3) or (IMAP) server. and my outgoing server (SMTP) name. i need help with this. a simple incoming and outgoing will be sufficient. thanks.

1. I think you can't because gmail is a web based email client and windows mail is something different.That information about servers I think you can get it from your internet service provider(ISP) or if you are using a router check it's manual.
