problem sending messages on outlook express?

PLEASE anyone HELP! I need to have outlook express for school. I can receive messages on it but not send. May be security problem but I am not very apt with computers and do not know what to do. Here is the message I just got from Outlook. Please help ABC not technical. Thank you VERY much! The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was 'marebethhall@comcast.net'. 1. If you were sending to several people it looks like just one of the people did not go thru. Try sending to that person again. It looks like Comcast does not like mail from your school server. Contact your school tech support and discuss it with them.
