How do I work Microsoft Outlook?

I am trying to setup Microsoft outlook. I want to be able to check my email using that but everytime i try to add an account it asks for my HTTP, or POP3 OR IMAP SMTP server. what do I do? please give me step by step directions. (i have comcast email just in case you need to know)

4. these are supposed to be ur settings POP3 server incoming mail: mail.comcast.net outgoingmail: smtp:comcast.net incoming port: 110 outgoing port: 587 depending on which year ur outlook is from or if its outlook express the info is the same but some of the steps are a bit different. you can find a step by step guide on comcast.net, heres the link. http://lite.help.comcast.net/Default.aspx?faqt=internet/6f4541ab-5423-47fb-a700-10806518e4d7#b2aa4a3a-53eb-4730-832f-89764b6a03b9 just pick the right outlook and it'll get u on ur way. if u come across any problems u can call comcast at 1-800-266-2278. they repair dept is open 24/7
