Micorsoft Outlook express won't send Email?

Have been using it for a loooong time and now all of a sudden I get an error "unable to connect to server" SMTP server.comcast.net error number 0X800ccc0e. I can receive mail with no problem. Any ideas on how to fix this?

1. i had this same problem using it through at&t yahoo . it looks like your provider is comcast . my advice to you is call comcast up (the internet services version ) and tell them your problem . you might have to adjust your settings or maybe the port numbers need to be changes on out going mail . good luck !!!
2. I was at AT&T,. had no problems with Microsofts Outlook Express. I got a new computer,. upgraded a Dell,. switched internet providers,. and I have never been able to get it back again., I know which provider you use doesn't matter,,but I have heard more than one person have this problem. Its very frustrating and when I called dell,. they couldn't get it to work either. In this day and age, computers shouldn't be this much problem. I do hope you have better luck than me solving this.
