Im looking for a good but affordable game server provider, if any1 could help me, Id appreciate it..?

Im plannin to host a css server but my friend will only pay $30 tops..so ya, im looking for a 100 tick, a good fps, bout 16-18 slots..but more like a 18 slot if u cud find any thank you Im lookin for a Counter-strike source gaming server provider...

1. I'd choose World of Warcraft if you mean less than $30 /mo... but Runescape is free, so choose wisely!
