Can you recommend a good web host?

I'm going to be running a site with profiles that link to a 30 sec. video. I'll be hosting the videos and streaming them from the server. People can search through the profiles and watch the videos. Any recommendations on companies or types of hosting (dedicated virtual server vs. physical server, etc).
