I can't get my outlook express to work.?

I can recieve mail but not send it. I checked with my isp and the smtp is entered correctly. when I hit send I get a message saying relay access denied, port 25 secure, no server error.

Marty: did you install expressmail program? well what I would do is to go up on taskbar find E-mail icon click it once enter the address and pass word then click ok.But make sure it's done correctly only http://yahoo.expressmail/help.com they can fix this problem also http://yahoo.sbchelp.com good luck!
