It seems Yahoo has blocked our IP address sothat when we send email to any yahoo users,they don't receive it.

Hello, When my users in the office sends email to yahoo users, yahoo users can not receive email because we are using ip address given by our web hosting company as SMTP server to send email to out side users. Because of this configuration, it seems Yahoo has blocked our IP address as a result yahoo users can not receive emails that we sent(not in Bulk folder also). We have confirmed this with our web hosting provider & according to them our SMTP server (ip address based) relays email to yahoo servers but email gets blocked or discarded at yahoo server. I can not use name based SMTP server(e.g. smtp.mydomainname.com) because current email setup is bit complicated. Can some one suggest me what should I do to resolve this issue? What should
