Sending e-mail failed permanently?

I am trying to send an e-mail from gmail.com to an yahoo.se adress, with no sucess. I know that the e-mail exist and it should be working. 1. look if it said error permanently it means that the email is not currently working! i don't know how you can be sooo sure that it still works! apparently, and according to yahoo, it doesn't work anymore! goodluck! ^__^
2. I have exactly the same problem sending an email from my gGmail account to my fiancée's yahoo.dk account. Occasionally it goes through but most commonly it bounces with the same error. Even if I reply immediately after receiving an Email from her. Perhaps the rivalry between Yahoo and Gmail has stepped up a level!
