Does Linux server software such as Debain, Ubuntu Ent. use different port numbers that Windows IIS?

Im trying to find different port numbers for Linux server applications such as ftp, web and printing etc...but do they use the exact same port numbers than Windows IIS?

2. there may be specific windows applications that require windows specific ports or port ranges to be open, but for common services like web, ftp ssh they're all standardized between distributions.
