How do you access the RCON function of the Left 4 Dead dedicated server?

I have a left 4 dead dedicated server running, and one on the questions that it asked to set it up was RCON PASSWORD. Does the Left 4 Dead dedicated server have a Remote Console? If so how do you access that? No, I also have the game running on another machine as well. I want to be able to remote to the server and change the settings.

1. You need to buy the game And left 4 dead has no remote console i tried that same thing and i had to buy the game
2. i personally just bought the 360 version and i dont think it has it , if you mean the pc version you have to be more specfic
