- You will need to do some reading first. http://www.vbulletin.com/features.php This is a thread about hosting options. http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?forumid=11 If you get a webhost, they will charge you by the space and bandwidth you use. If you get a dedicated server, they will probably have a space allocation and you will pay for bandwidth. A dedicated server is one which you have rented and the entire machine is used for your needs. A webhost has a huge server with lots of capacity and disk space and they allocate a chunk of it to you for which you pay rent. Good luck.
- you need a webhost. a webhost is somewhere where your website is hosted (funny that) The webhost will charge you for amount of space your forum uses and how much downloading it does. they all do that. a dedicate surver is like a pc, only bigger, costs a foryune and is not really needed. do read thesmall print before you sign up
