How to build linux server?

I am going to buy a server and here is my questions: 1) which Linux is best for servers (red hat,fedora,ubuntu etc...)? 2) how do I install Cpanel on it? 3) in Linux server is there only commands or it is a visual too (like windows server 2003)? Thanks in advance

1. You are obviously new to Linux in general. 1. Stick to Ubuntu for now as you will find enough help online to get through your problems. 2. cPanel is a commercial application. When you purchase it, it will come with installation instructions and support from cPanel. 3. Yes, Linux has visual tools for almost every administrative task.
