how can i make my tick 100 in my css dedicated server?

- Run the server with the argument: -tickrate 100 BUT It is not reccomended that you set your tickrate to 100 because most players have thier rates (by default) set to 66. Unless all your players have adjusted thier tickrates, no optimization will occur. It might even be worse! (But probably not noticably)
