How to document all the setting of server?

I am managing windows 2003 server. I want to document all the setting of the server for further implementation to another domain. What is the formats, procedure and objects to document settings?

1. u can use backup and select what to back up, it can back up only the settings, if something happens u reinstall windows and import backup.... look up on microsoft site ;)
