What is a good World of Warcraft server to switch my character to?

My boyfriend was wanting to switch his alliance character to another server. Here are the details of what he would preferrably like: He has a: Level 70 alliance Mage Currently on Stormreaver He wants a server that: Is preferably EST (Eastern Standard Time) PVP server In a good PVP battlegroup Medium-high population Any suggestions that you guys have would be much appreciated. 1. Your best bet is to probably transfer to the tichondrius (pvp) server. Not sure if this is an EST server but you should definitly check it out. Strong pve progresssion (4-5 sunwell farming guilds) and it is THE best PvP server in all of US WoW. It is also on the bloodlust battlegroup which has a known reputation for being the best.
2. I would suggest Blackrock if it is an american server he is on at the moment. Blackrock is very far in raid progression, and is very populated always many people on and a very big wow market and community. It is very accomplished srever for pvp as well..manye 2000+ arena teams. As being EST, there are many people on at night-time and during the morning.
