Client FTP t o my Server?

Hi, I have a dedicated gaming server Box. I'm not to sure what to install just yet as a OS, Linux or Windows, but the Q is: How do I make it so clients can use FTP to access the server box? Like access there own IP that was provided to them? Thank you. PS: I belive it's something like what Web Hosters use. How can I do something like that? Thanks again. I have a dedicated T3 connection(32MB+) And I don't mean there IP, I mean if i get mulitiple IP's from my ISP, (dedicated) How to I get them to access a spacific part of the server. Thanks!

1. They can NOT access their own IP on your box. Their IP will point back to their own machine. They will need to access YOUR IP address. This will mean you need to have a fixed IP address, you will pay extra for this and you will only get one, unless you pay a lot extra for multiple addresses. Also you will need a very fast upload speed, this also costs a lot more.
2. ask your server people how to do this. They will give you info on how to connect
