How do I make a internet game in Counter Strike with Dedicated Server?

I realy want to know how to make a internet game in Counter Strike. I know you have to use Dedicated Server. So can you give me instructions step by step on how to make my own internet game. It will be very helpfull and thank you in advanced!

1. First you need to download the server client on your server from Steam. Secondly when prompted, select create game. Choose your map rotation and setting per game. This is done through the client. Hit launch and join up. You however need a dedicated box or server that is different from the one you are playing on.
2. what do you mean make your own server? IF your talking abou that you need hlds which on most cs versions it comes with it and you name have a map pass and click start server.
3. check here http://www.byond.com/ http://www.google.com/ for byond just make an account, download byond and play live games or make a game and show it to public for google just search in and i know u already know it lol hope this helps!:)
