Cannot Access Computer! Small Business Server 2003?

I am running Small Business Server 2003. I use to be able to access my server from another computer but then it blocked me out for some odd reason. Could this have something to do with the firewall configuration? I did this before no one else is running it. I can still logon and access anything from the server but if i try to access it from another computer if will not let me. For example i just added a new computer on the network, and i could access the copmuter just perfectly and fine but after about an hour it kicks me off is this a firewall feature? I did not go to the http://Server_Name/ConnectComputer does this affect anything?

1. Sounds more like some one else is running it now. I'd suggest you disconnect it from the network and scan the daylights out of it
