How do you allow friends to join your private Maplestory Server?

Okay, so my question is, how do you have your friends join your private maplestory server, and make their own account? How do you make that person a GM? Me and my friend have been working through this forever dealing with errors and such.

1. Private servers are illegal, and nexon is taking immediate action against people who are making them or promoting them(SUE).
2. Im no Nexon person and who cares if its Illegal but back on subjest where can i find a private Maple server
3. Click on the link below to find out how to make a registration site. Afterward, have them create their account, log in, sign in and create a character. Look up the characters in your SQL database, and from there you should be able to change them to GM. I must warn you though, www.odinms.de , OdinMS the first private server makers are being sued and shut down their site and turned it into a blog. From the outcome of the lawsuit, it would be determined whether or not private servers would be legal.
