Gmail POP3???

I have windows vista and it is new. i am trying to put my gmail acount on microsoft mail thing and it is asking incoming mail (POP3 or IMAP) server: Outgoing email server (SMTP) name: What do i write for a gmail account Hellllllllpppppppp

2. http://mail.google.com/support/bin/topic.py?topic=1555 The Microsoft mail thingy is probably either Outlook or Outlook Express. If you have Outlook Express, you can run the auto-configuration tool that you will find when you click on the Outlook Express link and it's a snap!
