how do i configure my Mac Mail account to send emails???

Im trying to configure the Mac Mail and I can receive emails but I can't send any! I have an account with comcast.net This is what it shows right now on my account info: (lets say my email is john smith @comcat.net) Account type: POP description: POP account email: johnsmith@comcast.net Full name: John Smith Incoming server: mail.comcast.net username: johnsmith Password: xxxxx Outgoing mail server (smtp): smtp.comcast.net :johnsmith I think the problem is what it says after outgoing mail server, but i dont know what to write. any ideas for this problem??? i tried the website and didnt work!!!
